"Awesome item and fantastic service"
The products are really well crafted, and I picked up a pepper/salt grinder as a gift. It showed up by courier sooner than I thought it would, and the communication with the store was top-notch. Once I took it out of the box, I was thrilled with how stylish it looked on the table, plus the grinding feature worked like a charm, which can be tricky sometimes. I can definitely recommend this place; it was nice to experience such personal service.

The sales crew was fantastic with their email updates, providing straightforward delivery details along with an invoice. The delivery was quick, and I'm really happy with the Mouro rechargeable light. I dig its handy rotating lamp and the solid, portable steel frame.

"Fantastic service and a lovely table!"
From the very beginning to the end, the customer service was top-notch, and the table I got is just gorgeous and actually available! That’s a big deal these days since so many retailers are taking your money before letting you know that what you ordered isn’t really in stock, thanks to all the supply chain mess. Honestly, I don’t often say this, but the delivery was impressive too! Two guys brought the table in, set it up just right, and took away all the packaging. Overall, it was a wonderful buying experience - I’d totally recommend Case Furniture.

"Our recent buy: an outdoor bench"
We got ourselves an outdoor bench that just showed up, a few months after we ordered it, so we haven't really had the chance to try it out much. The bench is just what we anticipated; the whole process of buying and getting it delivered went off without a hitch.

"Bar Stools"
I ordered a couple of stools that were custom-made, and after a long wait of 6 weeks for delivery, I found that two of them were the wrong color. Not quite sure how that mix-up occurred since they were supposed to be made to order. The return process could've been a lot smoother, too.
